This book was freaking awesome. I just love Nicole Snow’s books. She always does such an amazing job. Then to top that off this book gave me what I love about MC books. You had this sexy alpha biker guy. A guy that that he was tough, untouchable, lived for the brotherhood, and not a family man. All this was true until the right woman came along and the right woman brought him to his knees. Now she is what he lives for and will do anything to keep her safe.

Brass was the main male character in the story. He was this rouged sexy biker who would do anything for his brothers. He had on these rose colored glasses so to speak and did not see the rotten corruption that was in the Grizzlies MC. This club had strayed so far from what they use to be. I thought it was funny that this man that thought he was so untouchable was brought to his knees by a beautiful lady and a teenage girl.

Missy was this spit fire. I loved how brave she was. She had suffered the loss of her father, was facing raising her teenage sister, and covered in debt not knowing where their next dime was going to come from. She found out her dad had some hidden money. The problem was she did not know how dirty this money truly was. When the MC came a knocking..Okay they did not knock but they were there to take what was theirs, she realized her fate was sealed. Her and her little sister was facing danger and their lives were at stake.

I loved how Brass was doing his best to keep these two girls alive. Funny how quickly he staked his claim by calling Missy his old lady. He felt it was the only way at the time to keep them alive.

Things will get pretty hot and heavy between Brass and Missy. Brass will discover that he has the family that he never knew he desired. Missy will learn how she is attracted to this bad boy and find out that for once she has someone that cares and she can lean on. Oh, things are not going to be a bed of roses. The wolves are on their heels or I guess in this case it would be Grizzlies. Brass will have to chose between Missy and her sister or his brothers in the MC. Danger keeps finding them and they need to find out a way to survive.

This was a great book and if you love MC books then you will love this one. I had the audio along with borrowing the book on KU so I got to use the whispersync feature. The audio was really amazing. I loved how Nicole chose two narrators for the audio a male and a female voice.The narrators did an amazing job and having both male and female really added to giving you this amazing experience.

I am Fairly new to reading M.C books and this book was dark, gritty and dirty dirty dirty!!! So yeah I enjoyed it immensely!!!
Knowing a little about the M.C lifestyle there were a lot of aspects that hit home for me.
Brass made me want to smack him and jump on him at the same time!! Missy has to think of her baby sister and to protect them both she will stop at nothing. She didn't know what she was getting into when she found out about her fathers dirty little secret and she had no clue that what she found in the basement would flip her world upside done even worse than it already was after the death of her father.
Spur of the moment decision cements Brass and Missy together and neither of them knew what would come after that moment.....
I enjoyed this book and will be reading more from Nicole Snow, It may not have all flowers and unicorns but it will grab you and keep you glued to the pages till the very end!!
I just love this author writing, she is one of the most talented authors I have come across, mainly because her writing is so real and original and she never disappoint her readers. This is a spin-off from the mighty Prairie Devil Series and I love it. We met Brass as Saffron's head strong brother. Missy and her little sister landed in trouble after the death of her father, who was stealing from the Grizzlies. After the MC President wanted the girls dead, Brass does the un-think able and claims Missy as his to save them both from death. Only to be told that his life is now on the line with Missy's and her sisters.There was the push and pull of Brass determined to keep Missy and her little sis safe even though he realized that it could mean going against his own club and a money hungry president, who trying to bring the cartel into their group. This book is amazing. It is a non-stop thrill ride that will keep your pulse pounding and keep you turning pages well into the night.Overall, this book was a fantastic read. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading MC romance books and Thank you again Ms Snow!!
This story is intense with drug, alcohol, sex, and very graphic details on violence that some of the MC guys do to one another and people who have been targeted by MC leaders. The story of Brass and Missy will pull you in. You will go on an emotion ride with the twist and turns in this book. Missy and her sister Jackie got involve when their dad died and committed his last sin to try and have the girls taken care of with no worries. This did not work out in girls’ favor. So, they are dragged into the MC life when Brass decides he rather protect the girls instead of them paying for their dead father’s sins by dying.
